Alex Dong is a fourth generation master of the Dong (Tung) family, a world renowned taijiquan lineage in China. His great grandfather, Dong (Tung) Ying Jie, was a principal disciple of Yang Cheng Fu and a student of Li Hsiang Yuan of the Hao style. Master Alex started training with his father, Grandmaster Dong Zeng Chen, at the age of 5.
